If the emissions continue to rise at this pace, the temperature of the Earth may rise by at most, thirteen degrees. Temperatures rising to that height could cause chaos across the world. With more and more people burning fossil fuels every day, this unfortunate future is likely to occur. Fortunately, using pollution free alternative energy could alter this problem. Developments for alternative energy use are already being implemented today. Scientists across the world are working to make alternative energy more efficient in performance and cost. While alternative energy is becoming more and more fit for use in the everyday lives’ of people across the world, fossil fuels are still being promoted and used at a frightening pace. Fossil fuels are causing constant increases of pollution and the unnerving reality of global warming.
